We have been selected as a 2019 Best Place to Work by both the Puget Sound Business Journal representing Washington state, and the Orange County Business Journal in California. This is the fifth year in a row we have been recognized as a Best Place to Work in Washington state, and the fourth consecutive year in Orange County.

“At Base2, we recognize that our employees are our greatest asset,” said Ron Hopkins, CEO. “Our ongoing inclusion in the Best Places to Work list for both Washington and Orange County is an honor, particularly because it’s based on employee feedback. We work hard as a company to foster a healthy and dynamic corporate culture that our employees are proud to be a part of. Winning a spot on the Best Places to Work is recognition that our employees value the culture we have collectively created at Base2.”

We are committed to creating an environment grounded in diversity where people are challenged to become their best. Employees have a flexible schedule and work life balance, while enjoying standing desks, treadmill desks and free snacks and espresso while at the office. In addition to ample in-office benefits, our employees can access financial support for appropriate job specific training, conferences or tuition reimbursement for degree programs. In addition, they provide growth opportunities for their staff, whether they aspire to be a technical leader, a functional leader or a customer engagement leader.

Employees from both our Bellevue and Brea locations participated in the survey administered by Quantum Market Research and Best Companies Group. Nominated companies were evaluated based on eight criteria including leadership, corporate culture, work environment, pay and benefits. Anonymous employee survey responses were then calculated, and the highest-ranking companies were added to the “Best Places” list.

The final rankings of companies selected for the Washington’s Best Workplaces 2019 award will be announced on August 22, 2019 at the Best Place to Work event in Seattle. The ranking of the 2019 Best Places to Work in Orange County is now available here.
